Entrecard, Where Are You?

Are you still active in dropping EC? Last year I am addicted to that. I can say I do it regularly. In my 3 blogs they are all active and enrolled at entrecard. My day is not compete without any drops. I use to have 200 or more drops in each on my blogs every day, sometimes it's perfect, 300. Sounds so perfect and it helps a lot on my blog traffic. I can see that dropping EC (short for EnterCard) might not be super solid traffic respond but it really helps.

I am just sad sometimes bloggers don't respond my drops. LOL! That is normal I guess. Am thankful for those who drop back with me. Now am busy with my little one, I can't drop anymore, well sometimes. I miss dropping or entrecarding much! So I am planning to get back dropping next month if possible but will see.

Yep, you read it right. Not that much but I am happy! It is good than nothing, or from pr1. Ha ha! I remember it was October 30th (yes, I search it on this blog's search bar located above this post (or the first post, I say this because not all the time this post is the first, of course), I posted that this blog has it's first pr and that was pr1. Now, it's pr2, after two years+. I did not update this blog much because I just had my newborn. Now, she's in her 4th month I can have time for blogging though not much. But am on my way of going to Blogging Out Loud (as in BOL, ha ha ha!). Oops, did I say I just found out today (just few minutes ago) that this blog just have its pr2? Yes! And that's because I was given a task just for pr1+ only. Whew! Thanks for that task too! Ha ha ha! Kidding aside but am serious, happy me! Unfortunately, the negotiations were futile and Walgreens’ contract expired before the turn of the year.

This situation is quite upsetting, especially to those who are part of the past program. Nevertheless, the Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens is still in effect, and Walgreens even has an ongoing promo for the month of January where membership fees for both individuals and families have been reduced.

The information that am going to share to you now is very helpful for bloggers and any other folks whose working in data or anything of words composition. Yep, sometimes we just like our mind to take it in or typing it out without knowing that there are some misspellings or grammatically wrong. I could say it might not be 100% accurate but it's up to the maker what he/she wants his/her writings to appear. The thoughts, flow of the sentences, phrase and etc. Just thinking, this site would help: www.spellcheck(dot)net . Alright, replace the (dot) with a sign . and it would take you to it. To tell you, that was spellchecker(dot)net before and I just found out myself that it was changed since I cannot access the latter. And that's it, I got what I wanted which is to paste my composition and let it be checked and proofread myself after it proofreads. Though not all my posts I proofread, haha! Walgreens and Express Scripts Negotiations: Failed

Walgreens and Express Scripts have been negotiating for the past year for Walgreens to continue as a pharmacy provider for Express Scripts’ network of providers. However, the negotiations failed, so when Walgreens’ contract expired on 31st December 2011, no renewal was made. Now, Express Scripts members have no choice but to look for other pharmacies to maintain their benefits. The question is if they can find other pharmacies as good and convenient as Walgreens.

Even TriCare, the health and prescription drug program for men and women in the military, was dragged into the mess. Nevertheless, seeing as how TriCare members could suffer from the unsuccessful negotiations, Walgreens offered to negotiate a separate contract for TriCare to avoid any disruption of service.

Aside from that, the Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens is being enforced as a way to help individual and families save as much as they can when buying prescription drugs. People can avail of discounted membership fees for the whole month of January. The regular annual membership fee of $20 for individuals was reduced to $5 while the membership fee for families that’s normally $35 went down to $10.

Word count tool online helps me a lot. This is very easy way to count words if your making some post or reviews. This can be found at http://www.wordcounttool(dot)com/. This is my source as may I say. I use this years ago and I never encountered down time. So glad that a friend of mine shared this link to me.

New TV

We just got a new tv and it is pretty awesome. My husband only likes to get the best of the best when it comes to any kind of technology. So we have a sixty inch, LED, 3d tv. It looks so much better than our old tv and we probably spend too much time watching tv now. I usually disagree with my husband about needing the latest and greatest of anything. I can go without any super fancy technology, but I let my husband win on this one. I realize that we will probably use this tv enough to make it worth our money. One thing I would like to be able to do it is watch more movies on tv. I googled Direct tv Centennial to find a package that included more movie channels. I found one that includes most of the movie channels that is still within our budget. We watch movies all the time on our new tv. We have so many movie channels now that we rarely rent movies. I am very pleased with our new tv, but I hope it does not make my husband think he can get away with spending all of our money on fancy equipment.

A friend of mine is really crazy and wanting to have that IPAD2. I check out the price but it is too much. I cannot afford that one by this time. I need to have better moolah resources to have it. If given a chance I want to have like that too but it is really expensive. IPAD2 can be used during travel. This fits me well. I want to bring PAD instead of bringing laptop when traveling. I thought that's cool!

So, no wonder why my friend really saving money just to have an IPAD2. Wishing her luck and I am excited for her new gadget soon too. I know IPAD is now an "in" thing all over the world. You never had an idea how I want to have it (take note "want" not a "need"), maybe. I am hoping that IPAD will release new prices bracket that is not cost much so I can afford. :-)

My friends and I decided to buy a restaurant a few years back and it’s been really challenging. I love that we get to work together but there have definitely been moments where things got really strained between all of us because of the way we had to do business together. I love my friends a lot but they’re not all the best at certain things – I felt like I was always picking up slack for a while. I had to look into small business xo and I had to deal with the health inspector when he came and they even expected my wife to do everything for free on the inside because she was a graphic designer. I mean, she would have volunteered but she didn’t like feeling railroaded! Anyway, things have calmed down since I called a big group meeting and I can’t wait to see where this business takes us in the next few years. There’s something to be said for having good partners and I got lucky with all of mine!

Skype Or YM?

Hey guys! Anybody here using Skype? Currently I am using YM (Yahoo Messenger). I've been a yahoo users ever since the world began. LOL! I mean, I use yahoo chatting, calling and SMS. But friends of mine currently told me that I am over out of fashioned. They are all using Skype instead of YM. I tried installing Skype, and yes, I like it. So far, it does great and am in-love with it though I only use it sometimes. I am still loyal with YM too. Oops! Which is which?

I just remember a conversation with a good friend of mine. She's asking your idea, beginning with a question " So anybody here using Skype? Is that really good? Maybe I can go with the flow too. I will install Skype? Hmmm.. what do you think? Should I? Or will I have to stick to yahoo? " . Now, those were questions. Then she's explaining her side, " I don't have any complaints in yahoo , I can communicate well without any trouble. So that is why I am not encourage to have Skype. Well, maybe I will give a try! " . She read some advantages about Skype and it tempted her as these shows: Skype works in time that your connection is not that strong, skype survives. Another one, the sound quality is usually very good when it comes to calling time. By Skype you can set up a phone number in another country, which then rings on your computer. The lines are very cheap, and they come with free voicemail, which allows user to deal with time zone issues. Hmmm... I cannot wait now to install Skype! " That's what she said and I commend.

By the way, YM (Yahoo Messenger) is a property of Yahoo! whilstE Skype is a property of Google. These two are the giants when it comes to Internet. Bing and others are just on their nexts, agree? You should have to, because it really is!

I remember my dearest online friend before. She is a programmer and really clever on making programs and she is the manager of the software department in the company where she is in. No doubt at all , she can do everything when it comes to programming. The only problem that she is complaining is about her compensation. She doesn't deserve with her monthly salary it was very low. I told her at once that she can for sure find other ventures and try applying other firms. I am pretty sure she will be employed by then. I logged onto http://www.texaselectricityproviders.com/ briefly at work to see if I could save any money on my electricity bill. I honestly never spend much time doing personal things at work. I only intended to spend five minutes on the site. I had been promising my husband that I would look into it. I had gotten almost everything I needed to do at work done and we did not have another patient for the rest of the day. Sure enough, while I was on the website, our office manager showed up. I did not even realize that she was standing right behind me until I heard her make a noise like she was clearing her throat. It was not actually a clearing her throat noise, but a noise to get my attention. My first reaction was to quickly close the browser ( as if that does not make you look guilty; of course she asked to speak to me in her office in front of all of my coworkers. I won’t be doing personal stuff on-line at the office anytime soon, that’s for sure!

5/5 Virus Threat from my Email

From my Yahoo!Mail particularly. Every weekend is the schedule of the computer to have its complete thorough virus scan. Yeah right, that takes more than eight hours of scan because a lot of programs installed and every little thing, the amazing anti-virus/anti-spyware software does it. It is worth the time though than just the short-scan thing so the first one is preferable. Then I did what it has to do, let it scanned but at the same time yours truly opened the windows too. Checking and alike. It's just alright. Not until a spam message I read and tempted me to opened it. I was confident because of the Norton antivirus thing which examines such. And it did. It was not a threat according to Norton but Windows Defender warns that a maximum threat was detected. Geezz.. and you know that spam thing did. It slows my browser and there's that script warning. Then it slows down my windows. I prompted to close it. And never open anymore until my anti-virus/anti-spyware done. All in all, it was fine. But lesson learned, never open attachments anymore when I(you) don't know who sent it! Good thing I have a reliable software or else! Think of the worse will happen, if not or next time! Mark my word! " Never ever open mails or attachments if you do not know who sent or expect to receive it! " Or just prepare for the consequence.

Sept 23, Fall 2011 Starts

Yes, according to a reliable source: wiki.answers, Fall starts sometime on 23rd of this month. If you forgot, this month is September. I know it sounds silly to forget what month we are now but just want to shout. Ha ha! I wanted to shout that it would be then cold season very soon. And that I will going to deliver a baby soon enough. We cannot stop the time, we just have to go with its flow so we won't get lost. I have to remember that the precious baby-in-my-tummy will be born during summer time (my due date is September 15th). Now that is something to think of. Something to look forward to. A lot of ideas has been given to me, and I don't have to panic but to absorb it in my thoughts. I try not to think of the pain during the birth date, really. I am doing that so I won't get stressed thinking. So in September 23rd, I have already a newborn. How exciting! :-)

Updated Blogger Interface

If you have a blog in blogger platform, then maybe you already checked out the Updated Blogger Interface which you can see at the top on your Dashboard when logging-in. I remember I saw it two days ago and I just never mind. I like the old interface. It looks to me a webmaster page. But then I don't know the positive impact to a passionate blogger like me.

Yesterday, a co-blogger of mine told that she likes and amused how it looks like now. She said, it is just like in a WordPress blog platform Interface to which I cannot tell the difference because I never use WordPress yet. And then on my curiosity, I checked it back lately. Hovering mouse up and down on that page. Still, I like the old-style of blogger interface because of its fonts and I used to have it for how many months or years. My perception will change, maybe, in the long-run if I know the advantage of it, better than the old one, based on my reasons. I did not leave feedback yet the time that I tried the updated one. What I like with it, is that it is just there and when you want to check it back or you want to see how many pageviews your blog has, you can switch it on and switch-back to the old interface to which I like (the latter) more.

16th Birthday, Sweet 16!

An idea of a parent's daughter when she will be celebrating her 16th birthday is called "Sweet 16" birthday party . I just put daughter because I never heard a son celebrates such "Sweet 16" birthday celebration though a boy or a girl always have a 16th birthday. Everyone could not jump into 17th birthday, you know, right. :-) When I was on that age, I never experience a birthday party. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my simple birthday. But then, I urged myself (hopefully) that when I have a daughter soon, I will give her that birthday party (maybe not a fancy one but a memorable for her with family and friends) I never had. A party like this, is great with Sweet 16 Invitations for the guests or family and friends for formality. I can imagine the happiness it brings looking at your child having her 16th birthday which soon enough enters the maturity level as being independent, starting from her debut or 18th birthday. I (and my husband) too, has a dream for our child. And here's my entry (posted in the Dream Wall): Though our Sarah Ann is not yet here in this real world (she's still on my tummy until midst of September, '11) , but my husband and I already have a dream for her. We always dreamed of her being a computer programmer, computer Engineer or any computer-related degree (and another minor silent dream of me, for her in a stage of beauty pageant or any social bonds, besides to that computer-related degree) one day. Firefox Upgrade Its Browser Again

I turn-on my computer notification for automatically update for Mozilla Firefox and am fine with that, apparently. I thought it would be best and yes, it is. Though sometimes it hurts a bit because some of the add-ons are not compatible but then it is just minor because I believe it will enhance my browsing experience and computer as well as Internet security at its best. You may already know that I love this browser much than any other. I understand how it affect to the world-wide-web's security and privacy aspect. So this is my default one. I love the idea of security and privacy. Its SSL certificate helps me a lot in finding a secure connection and the legitimate websites. I can't be happier of that. :-)

Blog Sidebars Messed-Up

It was days ago that this blog's sidebars (yes, the two sidebars you can see) was messed-up. It got me a bit of panicky. Ooh well, who would not if you can see that one of your blog (or one of your beloved blogs) has been about in peril, huh! Then I thought of a conversation that her blog also was like this and she could not figure-out yet why. Now it came unto my blog. As same as to hers, the reason was I did not know yet as of that moment. Why oh why? Why me? Ooh well, it was a test of time. Then I contacted this blog's template designer and I had to wait of her reply. At that time of waiting, I was also thinking. Thinking of why it happened. Of what did I do. Then I think of the posts I did before it happened as like that. And hoorah! I did not figured it out yet. Ha ha! Nah, I thought of the post that contains video thinking that made it happened as like such. Then I began to change the font of the last post which contain video. And since the problem was the sidebars went down. I thought of the width. Ooh yes, the width of the video, it was once 300 to which I changed it to 200 and thankfully, the sidebars went back to its normal position, no more down anymore. Yey! I got it with my own idea, my instinct worked!

Then after that, I just emailed again this blog's template designer, telling that it already worked and I found-out already why and how. She then replied, that's great! And then how did I get the solution, she just tested me (because I know she knew how, she's a blog designer you know. It's just that she was not able to contact me directly because of our time difference) and I told her. She then congratulated me. How sweet she is! Yahoo! Mail Upgrade, How Is It?

Or did you already upgrade your Yahoo! Mail appearance from classic to the current one? Did you already upgrade your Mozilla Firefox browser? Maybe not on your end, but I did both, my Yahoo! Mail and my ever love Firefox. And I like it this way. Why?

One special perk I have on my Yahoo! Mail is its ability to sign-out (but with its logging-in username still) when I close the Yahoo! Mail window. When I go back to check my messages, I have to put my password again which I like. Maybe you don't like it but really I do. It makes sense when it comes to privacy. I haven't experience this in the past and it is great for me. It works good. On the other hand, with Gmail, it is an opposite or just the same as before. It log me in directly once I log-in once except when I close my browser, I choose not to remember history and logged-out when I close my browser, that is.

So, I am just a happy Yahoo! Mail user. And I feel good when sharing and taking it note when. :-) How about you?

DH enjoys watching Drag Racing on TV while me, well, sometimes. Grin. Nope, I also enjoy it depending on my mood. But when it is on a movie like Fast and Furious, I love it so much. Have you ever wonder how to get a screen shot if you have a Windows Vista or Windows Vista Ultimate computer operating system? I am currently using Windows Vista and ever since this is my PC's operating system, the basic and only operating system I have put in my computer. No other partition I put in. The novice in me, haven't been doing screen shots long ago (and even now). One time I was curious about it but then that is all, wasn't doing something about it. Then time came, this laptop of mine was being reformatted and my friend reinstalled at the same time upgrade my Windows Vista into Windows Vista Ultimate operating system. And yes, it did. Then it got me into curiosity about how to get screen shot again. Many friends of mine told me that I just have to press Ctrl together with " Prnt Scrn " on my top right corner of my keyboard and paste (hover your mouse to Edit menu and on the dropdown, you can see the " Paste " word, then click it) it to Paint and save (edit should you like after you save), but to no avail. Why because that is only good for Windows Vista (and other windows operating system, though am not sure on Windows 7) and not for Windows Vista Ultimate. The answer??? Type Snipping Tool in the search bar menu which is located upon hovering your mouse on the Start menu. Click after you type in and it will come-in. With that, when you want to have a screen shot, just click the snipping tool on the programs presented on the Start menu. Then it will be presented on the screen. Copy and paste the screen to Paint and that's it! Easy, right? Try it!

Firefox Upgraded to 6.0

And came 17th of August. A day or two before that, my computer prompted me to upgrade my ever love Mozilla Firefox browser. I did not mind it, in fact, I did not immediately upgraded to which I used to. Why? And am not that so happy thinking of upgrading. The Entrecard Toolbar will be lost since Entrecard did not yet upgraded its Toolbar add-on for the newest Firefox upgrade and I don't like it! As in! I can still imagine it was just days ago that Entrecard upgraded its toolbar add-on for Firefox and now, here we go again. Grrr! But then my browser hanged-up, in short, it slows down. Not to mention Windows Vista Home Basic Pack also updated so I updated it, making my time crawl, as in slow. I had no choice but to upgrade it. And yes, I did. It is good to upgrade because it updates security in browsing but then as I said there are also its disadvantage. And yes, Entrecard add-on in my new browser was lost and aside from that, I cannot drop cards to Entrecarder's blog even if I already logged-in. Now, that is something. Couple of hours ago, I emailed for help in Entrecard Support and am now waiting of the reply. Hopefully it will be fixed. Other than that, it's fine.

Done Reformatting and Reinstalling My Lappy-Toppy Drivers

Few days ago, I thought of reformatting and reinstalling my laptop drivers and other internal stuffs. And the next day I did. I am telling, it is indeed time consuming. I did it to speed-up my laptop. Nope, there's no virus attack just wanted it to be new and fresh once again. It took me several hours to do it. I was not even gave time to my extended paternal family because I was still in the process of doing such at that time. That was night when my father and family was talking to my sister in other state. And yes, I was not able to see them (in the webcam) and chatted, you bet! I was done during dawn time, about this time or more. I was not able to save some links in my bookmark and I had to search it back where I got it. That is essential on my blogging thing. The thinking and rethinking time. Thankfully, I got it and was able to put it back. That toolbar thing. Now my web browser Firefox has updated to Firefox 6.0 and just lately. And I did not yet upgrade mine. The Toolbar add-ons I have now surely were not yet updated to the new Firefox upgrade. But then I can sense my Internet is running a bit slow, should I have to upgrade, I do not know yet for now. Maybe yes, maybe no. I'll just have to see in the long-run if it becomes worse. Then that will be the time, I will update then.

Will Reformat and Reinstall my Lappy-Toppy

This notebook computer of mine which I use will be going to have a process of reformatting and reinstalling one of these days. It would be the second time around of doing such. The first one was when I was in the Philippines having a vacation when suddenly I pressed something and could not return to its normal appearance. I just realized, that was fine but then I got startled which I thought it just collapsed because it losses its battery or something like that. Good thing my friend, Angelie, made it operable when I was still there and I just gave her a little way of thank though she was against my idea. Being grateful to a person (to her) is a great feeling, that's why I can't passed it without giving her something because she deserves it though as I said it's just a little. If I had a lot, I won't hesitate to gave more. Anyway, yep, this lappy-toppy (laptop) will soon going to have that reformatting and reinstalling process which I will be doing it by myself. The short course I got few months ago which I got a certificate help my knowledge or to the computer aspect in general. Thanks goodness, though it's a bit pricey for just a short course but it is worth it, at least. I believe by doing the reformatting and reinstalling, it will give more speed of this gadget of mine. I can see as I run the anti-virus and alike, it has a lot of threats! To which that made the starting state slow to get to the world wide web, Internet that is. Or to my blogging stuffs. *wink* Ooh well! But anyway, before that happens (the reformat and reinstall), I have to save some important documents and stuffs first which stored on this laptop's memory and then it's good to go. It is not an easy work so I have to find a perfect time to do such.

Have you updated your yahoomail internal part, appearance, security questions, and your phone number in case loss? How do you like its upgrade process and the way it is now than the old classic one?

If you ask me, yes I already did the update and all of the four I enumerated above. At first, I don't like the way my Inbox appears unlike before that it's okay for me the descending way of dates. Now I don't know how to do the ascending way, I forgot how. It's not like before that I know where I changed it. Well, other than that it was slow at first. Thanks goodness, it is okay now when it comes to the connection, yet still the ascending way haven't changed yet. :-( Yes, the latest/newest page came first but the latest/newest mail is on the last line of the page. Grrrr! I hope I can figure out on how to do it.

About the security questions upgrade and the phone number stored, it is better this way. I made it sure by the way, that it is yahoomail requested me to do such, by looking at its SSL certificate. All in all, I like the new yahoomail I have. What about you?

Update! I just knew how to do the ascending way of dates, how? I just clicked the DATE text on the upper corner next to the SUBJECT in a line and the arrow pointed down which also means the newest date came first in the upper plus I changed back the Switch View from In Scrolling List to Page by Page (Classic). Yey! It made my day! :-) It is now organized. :-)

Okay, even the luxe way of improving as well. I like doing the D-I-Y. And I can see there are many people here in USA does it, the D-I-Y way. It saves money especially if using coupons like lowe's coupons resources in the process. It is like hitting the bird in two effects. :-) I don't know if you get what I mean but for sure using coupon and the do-it-yourself method of home improvement does catch you up.

A good blogger friend of mine was asking me how I did my blog 125x125 blog badge. I used to get confused while I was still a very novice on blogging and knowing such. A blogger friend of mine taught me how, some of it and then I was the one who did the thing. You know what, it drived me nuts. Ha! Yep, seriously, on the retouching of the image. But if you already have the image saved on your computer memory or any memory. You just only have to resize it. But before that you need a host for your image. I suggest, use photobucket (in photobucket[dot]com . It is a free website so need not worry about payment or such. If you already have a photobucket account, just upload pics on your album and hit the resize button. Then get the IMG code from the Share this photo which is located just below the proposed badge image, the resize image. And that's it. Now you already have an image to put in replace of the IMG code (like this: http://i653.photobucket.com/albums/uu252/ljcmo22/cacai/123thoughts.jpg). All you need now is the html code to which you have to replace the IMG code and your blog URL. Just email me for the hmtl code should you like and you can have your 125x125 badge as easy as 1-2-3!

Just a thought of telling you a greeting! It isn't bad to great you, isn't it? *grin* Of course not. Smile. :-) Tomorrow is Sunday, the weekend. It's time to go to church. Going grocery. Going to farmer's market to buy organic fruits and vegetables. It's time for family or friends bonding. I plan to slow down my computer thing tomorrow. I have to rest and sleep a lot. If time permits, I would love to have a sing-along (karaoke) and watch movie! But first I have to go to Farmer's Market to buy vegetables and fruits especially the first one (veges) to cook with coconut milk. I can't wait. I hope wake-up early tomorrow. Okay, DH will going to downtown and he will going to drop me off and take after am done doing my thing which is great. It has been how many weeks or months that I missed having Entrecard Toolbar. Yes, right at the upper side of my window. I used to have it installed there since it's easy for me to log-in and when I visit other blogs, I just only have to drop directly without visiting Entrecard's website and log-in there. The easy way of signing-in and submitting ad as an EC advert of a particular blog Entrecarders, that is. I like to put it up in there unlike the traditional way of going to the website manually as I just said. Ooh yes, just signing-in at the top and done. Easy, no hassle!

Wow, what a week. First thing that happened was I went outside and all my tires were blown out – yes, ALL of them! It appears I ran over a big scrap metal pile somewhere and literally all four of my tires were punctured. The next thing was, my energy bill came in and it was outrageous – I’m new here in Texas and it’s my first summer having to run the AC all the time so I wasn’t prepared for it. We love gadgets, don't we? What about iPad? Nah, you should have to say "me!" or else if there is something to give, then you are unlucky enough because you do not have a say. :-) Definitely, I do like iPad! Friends of mine has it and am happy for them. They are worthy of it. It helps them a lot of their daily business and stuffs. Now, they are thinking of getting another iPad sleeve other than what they have right now. According to them, it is great to have two so it is not monotonous, speaking of looking at it everyday. I am thinking of East Coast folks, it is already Thursday in there whilst it's still Wednesday on my part. This is my first time I use Eastern time in my post. :-) Well, beside the East Coast part of USA my beloved and where I am in, in other part of the world as well is already Thursday too, so two hits in one shoot? *grin* Whatever you're thinking, it's your choice and thought. :-) Anyway, I just feel relieved that DH already paid me his little debt. :-) I don't like having no money even if how small it is. I cannot imagine wanting to buy a piece of carrot cake costing $.99 (ninety-nine cents) because I am hungry and I cannot have it because I have no spare of cents. I guess everyone is like that unless if you like yourself having nothing even just a little. I guess that's just a general term. :-) Am not stingy because I am just a simple person having nothing but I know the feeling of being empty and no one is there for you, you know. Her Love (Smoking Cigar)

Not for a man or a woman, not either for his/her family and friends but rather to a certain thing. Would you believe she loves to smoke cigar? It has been said that cigar contains less nicotine than the standard cigarettes. I don't know about it because I don't smoke. That's what she says. Blank 8 cms DVD Tape

Once in your thought, it may simply appear that a digital video camera can have its video recorded directly to the blank tape. And of course it should have to be DVD-tape. It seems to me my video camera is a bit obsolete, yeah, it's not the latest one. But then if you have like mine, you need to purchase a blank tapes to record videos on it. It is either rewritable, can be edited according to when did you record it, or the tape model that only the last video you made can be edited (of course when it is not finalized yet). The best one (if you're thinking of the compatibility of most DVD players (this can be played like the standard DVDs once it has been already finalized) out of four models (the DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD+RDL) of blank DVD 8 cms tape is the DVD-R because among the four, this is the most compatible DVD tape to most DVD players as I said earlier. My digital video camera recorder (handycam) model by the way is Sony DCR-DVD650/DVD850 . If you have this kind of model then we share the same info and thoughts, the ideas as well as the resources (the manual and such). :-) What I like of this one is that it is handy and directly storage of videos.

No Pending Pictures to Save

Yep, I do not have pending pictures to save on my USB because I just did it though I have some images to download and put in online albums. But the fact that I used to put it in my to-do-list for a long period already, is something to be happy about. My computer doesn't have a lot of memory so I won't store a lot of pictures, files and alike on it. Or else I have to expect slow connection. That is also what you have to do when you don't have a lot of memory on your PC. You can either put or save it thru an external hard drive, USB, DVD/VCD, Secure digital storage device, or any kind of chips you can use to save your stuffs rather than putting it in the PC memory. Now, that's a simple tip but makes a big difference.

RV Repair, Etc

RV for Recreational Vehicle. Meaning, it is not for commercial purposes but for recreation. Family recreation, that is. It is a luxury vehicle in general meaning. Ah, what a cool one to own an RV. Do you have one? I don't have any for myself/family and even haven't ride on it. Waaaa! :-) I can just imagine and wondering. But of course like any other vehicle it is capable of some damages and maintenance. That is expected. Good thing it is not hard to get an rv repair shop or people who will do the thing to make it sound and in good condition as always. Family cannot risk it in just a lowly kind of company and hands to do such repair. It must be great one to keep family safe in the road.

A New LCD TV for Me

New apartment abode, new television, or is that so? I have several reasons why. And DH also have several reasonable reasons but am weighing it, mine is high, his is lightweight. Still I have to bug him my reasons and it took days to have such. Okay, it was an advance anniversary gift. ;-) I said "for me" because it is me who basically uses it. He won't watch TV in the living room but on our bedroom. And once he's home, mostly his decisions on channels/programs should have to follow and I don't have a problem with that because I also have small old TV. But this time, I want it new. And I could also use it even when we're in the Philippines. He said, it's worthless shipping it. It might break. I uses it here as a TV and possibly as a computer desktop monitor because we have two extra hard drive. Ah, am helping him always on his computer so maybe that's one of the reasons why he bought me such. :-) And I couldn't be happier for my DVD marathon, karaoke and for PC purposes. :-) Just a simple thoughts of happiness. Ha! :-)

Okay, seriously many are having or wanting to have sub-woofer on their audio device. You/I can always say diet pills are already known in the market nowadays in order to achieve a good and healthy body of a person. You maybe one of those overweight folks just like me two weeks ago. But then seems like am an excuse but nope, am also overweight (slight). But now after I had my Dr./ob-gyn appointment two days ago, already okay. But then for many, best diet pills is something on their mind. Why not? As long as one likes to do it, being responsible about it, then it's fine. It's all fine, but not for me, the baby-in-my-tummy would be bad. It's not good for me because am pregnant and besides it's not on my mind yet for now but am really open ever since. Ah, pigging-out with diet pills afterwards is something good.

Reformatting and Reinstalling

It's about 2:00 past midnight and am still here in the computer doing the reinstalling of the softwares. Nope, it's not my computer but it's DH. I hate it when it's impromptu because I should have something to do in this time and besides I don't want to go back from the very start tomorrow. I have to reinstall the drivers, antivirus and everything (excluding the Internet connection since I have to call our Internet Service Provider the name and password for such or the info) now then do the slight stuffs tomorrow for this. I still have other hard drive to reformat and still as well but not this time, have to schedule it. I admit, I want organize, not only stuffs but my schedule too. Good thing, I don't need to make a boot disc since I already have it or else, a lot of time to consume. Grrr! Anyway, am about done. See what I can do tomorrow. :-) 'Til next...

Running Firefox 5.0 Now

It was actually dated June 27th that I was able to upgrade my browser to Mozilla Firefox 5.0, the latest version of Mozilla Firefox browser. So far, it did great. It did not run slow differ of not upgrading it. Ah, I don't want to remember the second last or before this latest browser because eventually it freezes or slow down my connection. I don't like it, Google Chrome does no good for me, there's its script that slows down my connection. So far, it did not occur to me now unlike before that I uses Firefox and it just suddenly popped-up (the Google Chrome thingy). I hope it won't bother me anymore or else I'll get mad. :-P Upgrading my browser does deletes most of my important add-ons because of the compatibility issues but it's fine because my connection is better than before. I just hope the add-ons I like to have would upgrade to this version. Now am happy. :-)

Are you happy with your browser? I can say (proven and tested) that Mozilla browser is the best for me.

Internet Connection is Perfectly Fine

We are already in our new apartment abode as you most already know. As in we already sleeps in here. The old apartment we rented is completely clean, clean of stuffs. As in no stuffs left in there except the dusts, oops! Ha! Now am happy. :-) Internet connection and cable here is completely alright. Household stuffs are all run through electricity including stove to which it is more expensive than gas but it's alright. It is cool in here. When it's summer time (like now), it isn't as warm as compared to our old abode. And I can see it isn't also cold when it's winter time due to our location. Am loving it! Back to the Internet connection, yep, we had it the day we moved in. Our Internet & Cable Service Provider just had some cutting-off field step in our old abode then transfer the connection here in the new one. But of course, it needs technician to connect such stuff. Though I have already Internet that time but the arranging and other stuffs had to attend first so I was not able to be with you those three days folks. Summer Time!

How was your first day of summer 2011 pals? I hope you had a good time. Mine was pretty cool. My Alhambra friends (Te Claudia, Dorie and Preciel) gather in Preciel's house with the "lechon paksiw" from my baby shower two days ago was being the center food. It was yummy! I am a lechon-whore. Ha! Other than that, Preciel made some "tinolang-isda" or fish soup with green vegetables. Ah, I could not content my pangs to indulge it. Other stuffs were served too. Then had some chikkas. Riza, Dorie's nurse friend was introduced. Met and greet. She's cool. As usual, I was full. During friends' gathering, food is always good, that is why I could not control my appetite. Ha!

Then still the moving from one apartment to another continues, I meant the packing of stuffs and some other things to arranged. I just have to take time to be with my friends and some me-time. :-) Have a fun summer pals! ~hugs&kisses~

Baby Shower

My baby shower is one day to go. We may only be few but it should have to be fun. :-) This would be my first baby and my first baby shower. Alright, I read that in the yesteryears, only the first baby can have a baby shower. The friends celebrates and wish good luck for the first mom. But nowadays a mom can have a baby shower to all her baby before it is born. For me, this is my first time so am no way don't know if there's still a coming one. For now, I would just embrace my precious coming baby girl, Sam. I hope this would be a memorable one with my friends. :-) One thing am excited too is the roasted pork "lechon". Ha! Equestrian Accessories

Are you fond of riding horses? How often do you ride on it? Summer time is fun time. That also include outdoor fun like being an equestrian, not a pro but just fond of it. Mavericks Won Over Heat

Oops a long overdue post. But I have to do this for my note. :-) Dallas Mavericks team who swept out my ever team Los Angeles Lakers (two consecutive years/back-to-back champion the last year and the previous) for four games during their basketball fight during the playoff was being paired to Miami Heat team battling for championship. The sweeping of my team LAL and being a West Coast team made me a fan of them more than Miami Heat. I was a bit conscious if they would but then they did it! First Dallas Mavericks franchise made it, their first NBA title as champion. I could never be happier for them. Dallas did not made the Heat into game 7. And that's it. Hooray for them! Shout it out loud Mavs fans! ;-)

HDTV Antenna Outdoor

We are already in the time of HD like HDTV and everyone is amazed of it. I think USA people have HD stuffs mostly. Some (or maybe most) are using hd antennas outdoor for TV and am not sure we do have but we do have HDTV. Ah, DH is cool. It makes an entertainment view great. With that, more fun for the eyes. :-) It entertained us more and that what it counts, the fun it got. What about you, how do you like having HD stuffs?

SSDI

SSDI or Social Security Disability Insurance. If a person/worker is unable anymore to do the job he is currently working and possess some of the other requirements then see to it that you have come and get your SSDI benefit. For sure there is if your condition is qualified. It is painful to see our family or friend who suffered such condition but the good thing is he/she is covered, that's the consolation and assurance for being a good employee. That is why one should have a good track record of his work. Being a good follower or good worker is what an employee can do. What could be better? I am sad of a person who cannot perform his/her task anymore and am praying. SSDI is really a good help, isn't it?

Maybe you are familiar with this meme I used to have on this blog which I love to do. I had to have it. I just realized after being busy of being pregnant for how many weeks or months, it is already over. I meant, the hostess (Janera Japson) decided to stop having such random questions for the wicked joiners to answer with a twist of instructions. Ha! Wicked joiners huh! Well, the word speaks for the title of the meme anyway. And so, I just knew that the meme was already over last March. As in what? Is that when it was already over? As in it's already the month of June now, "two months after" I should have called, ha! Yep, it's been two months after I knew. Whew! Well, blame it for being pregnant. Oops! You should know by now. *wink*

Umm, maybe you can't relate so that's it for this time. One thing, I can think of, is that, I miss that meme. So long and 'til other time or the time when it come back. Still, Happy Wednesday folks! How have you been? I miss you all. ~hugs&kisses~

Better Awesome Gadgets

Gadgets, gadgets! Who want a better awesome gadgets? For sure you want. Only some cannot afford it. Okay, let's not talk about such. As long as it is durable and we can depend on especially in times of emergency, security and such alike which pertain to the family, we have to go and get it. I just said it but that doesn't mean, it isn't affordable because when we need, it is really affordability. There are also gadgets that are really handy in our pocket, meaning, way affordable than others which is what everybody likes to have. Speaking of family, many family members are far apart. As in their father are in other country to work and it isn't easy for them to do that. But with help of computer and Internet, the feeling of emptiness of family member's voice and faces through web camera and headphones like clarion wireless headphones (which wireless if far better than wired headphones for me), has been cured. Ah, family really is everything and thanks to technology for such way of communication. What better way of communicating them than such, right? Kudos to it! But what about when it comes to security. Either you are single, married, divorced or separated, we need security in our home. We even need it in our workplace or anywhere. But speaking of the two, we like to have better way of tracking the bad ones like putting up video camera like the motion activated camera in a hidden place so there's no way out of that culprit. We have to admit, there are really bad folks and we have to take precautions and solutions for that. Thanks goodness to gadget/technology we have choices on how to track them down. Yeah! We just have to take a move and act. We have to remember that precautions or preparing for such time really makes difference than just waiting to happen, right? I just can remember of family events. Well, that is way afterwards but when we also have good camera to capture the fun moments other than that security camera that last for long time and what the moment/event it took, then memories of yesterdays are sure you want to keep with smiles when looking at it over and over again. DSLR cameras are in and surely take great photographs. The nikon telephoto lens are my dream leans to have. Yes, it's a bit pricey but worth taking for family events and memories. For now, it is just my wishlist but really, it is a very awesome one that would want to have it even if it takes time. Okay, I hope that not too long to get. :-) How do you like DSLR camera and that of nikon lenses by the way? We know Nikon brand of camera is on top list and you surely would love to have it like I do. Well, if you have one, then am happy for you or good luck to us for such. :-)

Certificate of Computer Repair Short Course

I should have get the Computer Repair System but I opted for Computer Repair only. But I did not regret as I can still go for more hours in extend of what I studied from January up to first week of May for Saturday classes. Okay, my DH went with me of that class and he is very much happy for taking such as according to him it teaches him a lot. For me, I already knew most of it, though there are few that contributed a lot for my learning process. I just thought that the questions I had costs expensively. Haha! Well, that question really matters for my learning so I went for it unknowingly I have to undergo a lot of process before what I could have such. Ooh well, I love what I learned and happy, that's what it counts. And so as the previous words I wrote just speaks that I (and my husband) already done for that 64 hours of schooling. Oops, an hour cost much and it's far from the place where we resides (it's in the part of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles) but that doesn't matter. We love it and will always in our mind and skill. :-) If I did not get pregnant (am 26th weeks pregnant now), I am still continuing on that class, only in the System already which is great if I have done so but then it's also great for my situation. I planned to take a test/examination for CompTIA A+ with a review but not yet this time. Hopefully I could get it before we move to Philippines (hopefully with the help of God) next year. To top it all, the certification was being given after my (with DH) last day of class. Hooray!

PC Can't Recognize Blank DVD's

It is my lappy toppy's problem. The last time I load my blank DVD on my laptop, it still fine and even saved pictures. But then DH bought several (I think this is about 50-60 pieces in one plastic pack) DVD-R along with the blank DVD I put my pictures in. But then he could not saved something on it. Well, actually he did not put/save pictures but files from Internet to which it need authorization to download and do something in the pc to which it is part of the files. It did went on but it won't save in a snap, but too long to do it. Until then, he asked my solution and I tried to put it on my laptop's player and read such. But then it would read. Then after that, the other (or all of the) blank DVD's won't save anymore or should I say my laptop won't recognize the blank DVD anymore. Meaning, even if the DVD is inside the player/burner, the laptop would say nothing's in there. I tried several blank DVD's but to no avail. I even researched in the Internet and applied those solutions but still. :( So for now, I can't use it yet. Maybe you could help me with it? I would appreciate much of your input. Well, I will continue looking for the solution of it. Then will update you. Until then..

Birthday Event

For sure you would love to attend birthdays. Oops, especially if it is your birthday or your child's, well your family and friends' birthday. It is nice to be gather at a special moment of such birthday celebrant. That is why I can tell, the birthday celebrant is excited every year of his/her natal day commemoration. He/she/her parents should be busy giving birthday invitations, preparing foods and drinks and some other areas of consideration regarding the birthday that would happen soon. It isn't compulsory having a grand celebration or even having a party, what is important is being grateful of such year added and that he/she is healthy and sound. But of course, it is great to have a celebration even if how small is it, right? Happy birthday to those who have birthday today and to you then!

My Sixteenth Birthday Gift Was The Bee Gees

Mind you, my mother wasn't into rock music. She grew up in the fifties to Buddy Holly and watched a lot of Dick Clarkon Saturday afternoons. She plugged her ears when I morphed from Donny Osmond Michael Jackson and on into disco. However, she bought a precious gift for me when I turned sixteen: tickets to see the Bee Gees. I had all their albums up to that time, heard their songs on the radio, but wanted to see them in concert, so we set the home security alarm from security choice and went to Nashville to see them.

Unfortunately, we were pretty far away from the stage, but could hear everything quite well. My mother, brother and I sat in awe as the guys took the stage and began to play. Having been previously acquainted with screaming girls at Donny Osmond concerts, I was amazed at a crowd that sat and listened respectfully to the most awesome music ever. When they sang "Odessa," a song I hadn't previously heard, I fell even deeper in love with their music. They sang all the great songs, my favorite of which was Lonely Days and "How Can You Mend A Broken Heart."

My poor mother, who was into country music, sat through that show in as much awe as I did. She like their music as much as I did.

Facebook Improvement (or Maybe Not?)

Yours truly is keeping on-track with Facebook. We cannot deny that Facebook is the number social networking website nowadays which is good. I cannot find anything bad why this website won't be number one. Have you ever realize if social network like Facebook is not present? How can you relate the happenings of your life now? For me, it is great to reconnect family from afar and treasured friends (and even make friends but please be careful with strangers who are just lurking around to have someone victimized. Grrr! I know! :( ) And so, what I have learned was that (I am actually hesitant if it's because of my browser or the Facebook itself, but am eyeing on the latter) if we don't check the box of "Keep me logged in" , few minutes of such website being idle, is disconnected. Meaning, you already is logged-out. Then, the hassle is you will have to log-in back. The good thing is for security purposes. Okay, I/you have to see the positive side than complaining. :-) After all, it is for user's good which is great. :-) We have choices anyway.

Weight Loss Chitchat

I just had my prenatal lately afternoon. All went fine. It's just that I gain weight, am now 123 pounds. Not bad. After all, I have to gain weight because I have someone on my tummy, my baby Sam. :-) If am not pregnant, I can tell I would worry of having this weight because my normal is only 115 pounds. Again, assuming am not preggy, that should have to be worried or have to act because if not sooner, weight loss pills like usp labs oxyelite pro is one of those who will then be happy if exercise and diet can't get it over with. I (maybe mostly, if not all folks) don't like being overweight but because of health problems or such, it is hard to maintain exact body weight. Ah, discipline and determination is a good word for this, as for me or else it is hard to get it back without any medical help. We have to remember always that "health is wealth" !

Texas Injury

Are you living in Texas? Well, am just asking, nothing major. (*wink*) Texas is a progressive state. Many construction workers, industries and many more speaking of livelihood. I can just remember of my defended team (okay, am Los Angeles Lakers fan) was being wiped-out this year's NBA playoffs. Ah, basketball fan eh? Though am always Lakers fan but because they are already eliminated for championship, I am betting for Mavericks, yes Dallas Mavericks (Dallas is one city of Texas), for champion or maybe Chicago. :-) Okay, speaking of industrial thing, Texas is no exception of employees being injured in a working place. Such incident requires Texas Work Injury Lawyer to defend the side of the worker. It is not that companies denied it but it is great to know that there is someone a worker can lean on to do the job in his behalf. The one that is capable or expert of such area. There are actually many work injury lawyers in Texas but of course one would select the best that can help him better, right? So then, good luck and take the best of care. Comfortable Place(s) to Study

As what as we want to have a good paying job, increase our knowledge of a certain stuffs that we are on, we need to study. Good thing we have already choices where we like to. It is either the traditional way, going to and fro to a campus or getting an online degree programs through the Internet. How cool is that? If a person is busy and do not have a lot of time driving back and forth or have a commute, the latter choice is a good help. Any place he/she is comfortable (like in the kitchen, living room, backyard or even in the bedroom, to name just a few!) to attend such class is just according to his/her idea. I love such! So then, good luck and have a great one choosing the course and pursuing!

Handy, Portable Gadget(s)

Portable gadgets are cool, aren't they? Yes, they are. I have few portables and I love it. I believe you also have. How do you like it? Or how do you like to have one more? For sure, you love cellphones and I think most (if not all) like to have. But seems like it is already a need and so does computer portables. For me if I have to choose between the two, I would like to have another portable computer or a laptop since the one I have currently needs to have a new design. Oops! Okay, it does not charge anymore, I mean the battery needs replacement. Needs more memory and most of all, I really need a new one. Hehe! What about you, do you also want to have new one like me? :-)

Family Insurance

Or family life insurance as commonly known. What do you think of having it? How do you like to have one? Do you already have it? I don't know about you but we don't have it currently. DH purchase one before but he ended it. Whatever he likes to, he can but that doesn't mean am happy he purchase one. I don't have say anything about it, no, nothing! But then, it is not bad having a Wholesale Insurance, don't you think? If I am to choose and if I have spare money after the necessities and some wants, I can purchase for my own if ever am the one to leave first. And I see no problem of having such. Manic Monday!

Are you in manic Monday? For working peeps, I think. But for me, not for tomorrow. Am kind of relax. I will just have to do some walking, grocery shopping which DH wasn't able to get lately and then that's it. I still have to think what to do speaking of productivity tomorrow. On the other hand, am thinking of just relaxing. Yes, stress-free! Am pregnant you know. :-) Am just glad that DH makes me feel cared always especially during my pregnancy period now. I can just smile most of the time that what I cannot do while I was not yet pregnant, I can do it now. Haha! He said, am tougher during this time. What??? Hahahah! He always lower his pride for me. *wink* He loves his daughter much. Wahheheh! Nope, he is more patient now. Oops, just neutral. I love him dearly as how he loves me. I don't know what to think of this stuff. Extense, have you heard this? I just don't know how science made it but as they say, this is good for prostate cancer. But when there is good, there is also something bad in return to which there is an explanation of the extenze side effects. If somebody would bumped-in unto this stuff, it is advisable to let them know the side effects of such. I can't say anything about it, I just bumped-in such, heard and that's it. Have a great day!

Going to Other Church for Easter Sunday

Yes, I will be going to other church location for tomorrow. It would be my first time here in my place going to a nearer church transfer other than the church here in my place. I already went a couple of times in West Covina's church with my friend Au to attend masses and a Christening event and now that I have three mommy friends here in the city where I live and they will attend in the church where I will attend the mass tomorrow, it would be more fun. Usually, I goes to church alone after Au transfer to other city/West Covina area. So I decided to go there tomorrow and DH is okay for me. As usual he will going to take me there and fetch me afterward. I hope I can see my three Mama Mia friends tomorrow. Again, happy Easter Sunday everyone!
