Updating My Blogs

Yours truly is currently running four blogs so far and in my addiction I want to add more but I don't want to force myself to do so. I want to do it slowly and surely. There are so many issues in blogging recently so I feel so pressured if ever I will add another page although I want it (well, aside from having an infant, such adds my chores. LOL!). I have a lot of blogger friends with numerous of blogs and I admire how they manage their time and do more multitasking jobs during the day and night. In my part I do my best to update once in awhile and to let my readers and followers that I am still here kicking and alive in blogging. I tried to get back visits to those who visit my blogs and once in awhile tried to blog hopping. So time management is needed in all things around! My beautiful thoughts has to come out you know, or else, my thoughts will eat me alive. *wink* Alright, if it is pleasant for others and good for myself, why not, right?

2012

(Contribution by Stevie Kirby)

I decided months ago that 2012 was going to be a new kind of year for me. I was going to forego the corporate America route and start my own business. I was going to ensure that I spent more time with my family, and less time sitting in traffic each day. I’d make it to more recitals and attend fewer meetings. I’d work on a project that I was passionate about. The only way to do this was to set up a nice little home office and get to work. All of this is easier said than done. Living in New York is exceptionally expensive. I would definitely have to 0cut costs, and cut them as dramatically as possible. That’s when a friend recommended that I check out New York Natrual Gas Prices. As it turns out, I have the ability to control how much I spend on my energy costs. It’s one of the many upsides to living in New York. I can save money without making any changes whatsoever in my daily life. Pretty phenomenal, right? I made a quick call and I’m looking forward to seeing reduced costs in 2012. Here’s to changing my life this year.

Backing-Up Blogger Platform Blog/s thru Popular Web Aggregators

Yes, we blogger need to have a back-up in our blogs. There are many ways on how to do it as just like there are many ways to kill a cat. One way is of saving it is through saving it in USB, external hard drive, CD, DVD and alike as demonstrated. Another way of backing-up our blogs is saving it with the help of Feedburner feeds and that could be seen in popular web aggregators like Google, Yahoo, newsgator, myAol, netvibes, bloglines and many more. How to do that? You need to publish your blog/s to the web aggregators and put it on your blog/s then bookmark it. In my case, I just di the first four in the line usually. So I did the Google, Yahoo, newsgator and myAol. So, here's how:
  1. Log-in to your blogger platform blog, then go to the Settings , then
  2. Go to Site Feed, then hover your eyes around,
  3. And you can see the FeedBurner word under the blank in line of "Post Feed Redirect URL"
  4. Click that Feedburner word and you will be directed to blog/s feeds. If you have several blogs, you can see the name of your blogs there and click any of those (one at a time).
  5. After clicking your blog, you can then see
Analyze Optimize Publicize Monetize Troubleshootize          My Feeds
  6. Choose Publicize, so click it
  7. Then choose and click Chicklet Chooser
  8. Then click any (one of a time) of little circles before the web aggregators name and copy the html code at the bottom after each of them.
  9. Then paste it to your blog.
That's it! Your feeds are there always (as long as this web aggregators are still present, which is close to impossible that they would close, if they do, they will inform us) and it serve as one of your back-up!

How To Authorize Google Analytics on Your SocialSpark (Blogger Platform Blog/s)

Blogging. Blogger. Monetization. If you are a blogger who monetize your blog. There is a big possibility that you already know about Izea, Inc. To which you maybe already been part of its circle just like socialspark, payperpost, inpostlinks and sponsoredtweets. One co-blogger friend of mine ask me how to get into Google Analytics (she's in socialspark part) or how to authorize her blog. Okay, if your blog/s' Google Analytics not yet accessed by socialspark (hence, you cannot get leads or offer yet), then you might like to authorize socialspark now. To do that, you just simply click the notice at the top of the page once you already signed-in and simply follow socialspark instruction how. Hint, you only just have to click something there to authorize socialspark to get into your Google Analytics. Or, you can do the following:

These are the steps how:
  1. First, log in to your account in socialspark.
  2. Once you're already there, check around and go to your "Account" tab,
  3. Then hover to your "Properties" in the drop-down,
  4. In your Properties, just click your blog(or blogs) then click the authorize the you will be redirected to your blogger blog/s then just follow a simple instruction to enable or authorize socialspark. That's it! You may like to doublecheck your blog/s in socialspark by just looking at it if there is already a " Verified " word next to the Google Analytics or you can simply see the word " Google Analytics: Verified "

Checking Out Your Authorization in Google Analytics in Blogger Platform

There are many reasons why a web person (one who uses the web, or has a blog or a webmaster, or alike) is interested of Google Analytics. Knowing that Google is the number one when it comes to browsing searches. You can hear most people say " just Google it " or just search it in the Internet. There's the word "Google" on it because as I said, Google is the #one in the Internet world when it comes to search engine.

Now, I wouldn't want to tackle more about what's the use of Google Analytics. Just by the word "analytics" we can already think the root word "analyze". So, to make it short, it's about how Google analyze such blog, website, and alike.

Alright, here's how to check out your Google Analytics:
  1. Log-in to your blog
  2. Once you're redirected to your Dashboard,
  3. Click "My Account" at the top
  4. In your "Accounts" page, click the Edit in "Authorizing applications & sites"
  5. Then you will see the applications and sites you authorized.
  6. You may click the [ Revoke Access ]whichever you don't like to have your authorization anymore.

That's it! Easy, right? Try it!

Happy Presidents' Day USA!

Today is a legal holiday here in US of A. This is in commemoration of the birthdays of the two late presidents, 1st USA President George Washington and President Abraham Lincoln, the 16th USA President.

I was not able to be updated with the dates currently as I am busy with the chores, responsibility here and there. Not minding about such, until lately. I even told my DH that he needs to pick-up the formula yesterday afternoon since he will going to work tomorrow (or later now, it's dawn time already so it is counted as today) and that's when it started. Thoughts produced. Mind started working. Ideas flowed. The update. The update that it is a legal holiday today. DH didn't told me directly of what holiday we are going to celebrate. And even joked to " Google it " ! Ha! And then I knew. It is the " Presidents' Day ".

So Happy Presidents' Day USA! (and even not in USA, to all of you (who are celebrating)!

For All Your Advertising Needs

That a site is user-friendly is one the most important feature any website should have. It will get twice the job done if your clients or prospective clientele can easily navigate all throughout your website’s main areas and features. This is probably what the designers and owners of Advertising Agency had in mind when making their site. It was so easy to use that anyone can easily browse through their site and check out pertinent information and details that might be useful to them in the long run. This advertising website offers a comprehensive source of information while making sure they set a no-nonsense image for their company, conveying the message that they will deliver the service that you require of them, which encourages the people to trust them and avail of their services.  Requesting for a portfolio is done online with a single click of the button mouse, so goodbye long waiting for snail mails and what-nots to arrive, requesting a portfolio has never been this easy and fast! And you will receive the files in no time at all!

Another feature that I love best with this site is the very clean layout. Such idea of creating this one is user-friendly.You can see a bit of everything at one glance with the pertinent information, including emails, toll free numbers and other means of communicating with them, conveniently located at the lower part of the site, so you won’t have a hard time locating them and jotting them down. Browsing through this site is one delightful experience.

Data Storage Systems

Loss of company data is one thing that businesses try to avoid. The data that they have is essential to whatever business decision they will make and to the day to day operations of their business. There are certain factors that may contribute to data loss. It can be because of human error, hardware or system failure, software corruption and even natural disasters. A company which has lost a significant amount of company data may be unable to operate for days or worse, they may not be able recover at all and may be forced to close their business. This is mainly why more and more businesses choose to find reliable data storage systems for all their important company data. They have to find great ideas and resources in order to maintain such. They would at times acquire the services of companies that specialize in offsite data storage. Companies will be able to store, archive and access their data over a remote network. They are assured that all their data and documents are stored and protected.

Malware, /Warning of Page Attack!

Nope, not on this blog but somebody's blog to which I was a member of it. If you are entrecarder and you love to join in a group of droppers, then you might be familiar with iamburaot(dot)com to which I put it just below the entrecard badge (yes the badge which Entrecard gave to use, mandatory). Now a co-blogger friend of mine, was a bit panicked because she could not log-in on her two blogs (a blogspot and a domain, together from blogger platform). Good thing an angel came to the rescue, telling to remove such link. Since I was online that time and in the group, I saw the post. Then I checked my three blogs (where such code placed). Everything fine but just to be sure I removed it all. Yes, in my three blogs. I am just sad because I was in that entrecarding group (lead by him) for long already. But then I can't take a chance because as I checked his link, it is already a "page attack" warned by Google. So for now (until he fix it), I am just contented of what I have, of what this blog have. I should have to, I know. Smile. Really, it's a big yes. :-) Besides I cannot blog hop as often as I can than before because am a new mommy. One day soon, I can go back to dropping or even extreme dropping and commenting. :-)

Original Ink Cartridges

If you print large quantities of documents or photos regularly, then you may be thinking of how you can lower your expenses when it comes to the ink cartridge that you use. You may have seen stalls at your local mall that offer refilling of ink cartridges or re-manufactured ink cartridges at a much lower price than original ink cartridges. You may be tempted to buy especially if you think of how much you can save compared to purchasing  genuine toner cartridges . But before you decide to switch on using cheaper cartridges, think of the advantages of using only genuine ink cartridges  for your printer.

Printer manufacturers only offer quality ink cartridges that are specially formulated to consistently produce high quality photos. Refilled cartridges may be cheaper but they are known to dry out quickly that can cause clogged print head and some are made from cheaper and thinner plastic casings that can cause leakage. You may end up spending money just to have your printer repaired. Original ink cartridges allow your printer to work properly even if you use them for large quantities of printing projects.
